how to get serum from plasma
which is derived from the antiaggulated whole blood

When platelets are lysed in plasma the result is serum. The platelets release many growth factors essential for cell line growth.

I don't think you can derive serum from plasma because the platelets that are required have been removed. If you begin with whole blood allow it to clot and spin out the clot. THe remaining super is serum.
