Hi,HI,

I would like to know if anyone has tried transfecting dinoflagellates or cells of similar size(~10 micrometers)before? I would like to use electroporation but according to protocols,i need to have at least cells concentrated to a volume of 5 millioncells/ml and i do not have that many cells. I wonder if its ok to reducethis concentration with a reduction in electroporation mediaaccordingly? My dinoflagellates dont grow as well as expected somaterials are precious to me.

Thanks a lot for reading!Jenny
