Hi everyone,

I am going some gene expreesion studies using the rotorgene 6000 (or rotorgene Q). I have recently bought the Qiagen rotorgene sybr green which I am using to do some optimization experiments. The protocol says to use a 25ul reaction but, in order to save reagents, I wanted to reduce the reaction volume to 12.5 or 15ul. Does anyone have experience with using these volumes with this specific kit?

I used the same kit. 25 ul is already reduced and I don't recommend, but you can try.
