I need urgent help to isolate fibrobalsts (CAF) from mouse and rat tumors, please. I have tumor specimens from mice and rats that I need to isolate (CAF) cancer associated fibroblasts form. I have found similar techniques for isolating fibroblasts from human tumors but I have not been able to find one for mice and rats.

Could anyone please help me with such a methodology?
