No, i guess.
Could speculate about come FRET-FRAP approchaes but thes stuff is mainly addressed to imaging or to spectrofluorimetric analysis.

Fortunately, I was little bit mistaken.
Just found a paper describing some flow-based approaches for membrane lipid rafts analysis.
