Maybe can use those core transcriptional regulators that expressed in liver cells? say overexpession of 10 factors together in fibroblasts and culture liver stem cell culture medium?

I am convinced someone thought about it and it's on its' way.
Anyway, I don't really get why someone would want to do it, that's just another "reprogramm X to Y". There is no function, only description, no real gain of knowledge. It's hard to be original in the iPS field... I was once offered a project on "iPS from elderly patiens" (from my former PI in fact), but I declined. This rat race is nothing for me. Maybe for you?
