[lab_microbe]

I am trying to find some articles concerning Listeria monocytogenes and heat-shock transformation procedure, but all I came across are only electroporation procedures. At the moment I do not have an access to an electroporator, so I am trying to do it by heat shock. I tried it like for agrobacterium and e.coli, but it did not work, so is anybody familiar with possibility of transforming L.m. in this way, or only electroporation works for L.m.?

I would be really grateful for any suggestions
