Hi

Is it heard of to find secretpry proteins to be localised in the nucleus?  My protein of interest is secretory and binds to a receptor on the cell surface but upon IHC, I find it localised in the nuclaus and weak staining in the cytoplasm.

The anibody is polyclonal but gives  a right size band on western. Plus, cytoplasmic and nuclear fractions show strong localization in the nuclear fraction upon western.
