I am trying to distinguish between Gi and Goproteins in a biochemical assay. is anyone aware of specific toxins to distinguishbetween the two? i would also like to finda way to selectively knock out subtypesof Gi protein in a membrane homogenate. antibodies, to my knowledge, cannot work sincei cannot use fresh tissue in my assay.thank you much. please email my address.
