Hey,all
I am dealing with one protein composed by three chains through the disulfide bond. I wonder whether there are some methods to denature and attain each pure chain.

i used to use a buffer with 100-200 mM 2-mercaptoethanol. you could also try high concentrations of dithiothreitol.
