I evaluate the hsa-miR206 expression in patients with stemloop RT-PCR and sybr green assay.In some patients this miRna takes place at a muatation that specific with disease, so this patients will be show a low mir206 expression.İ also compare this mirna expression with healty childrens and showed a low expression too.

How can I annotate this results?
