Question of nucleic acid extraction

When performing RNA extraction using spin-column method, could RNA pellet  be reconstituted or not? I'm not sure.

I theory yes, you can resuspend a RNA pellet, but my recommendation is not to do it. By the time you get it resuspended it will most likely be degraded.
