I seed the cells on the 6-well collagen coated plate.
The problem is that, in some wells (not all) the cells detached after induce with amyloid and from the reading, this well showed low level of NO.
Can cells detachment affect the nitric oxide production?
I am not sure whether the samples is inhibiting the NO production or it is actually because of the detachment..
