Can anybody recommendate a good method for isolation of cell membrane from cell line? Thanks a lot. Yaoting

Would this method also work for isolating cell surface/membrane associated antigens and if so, could you explain the procedure to me?

Would you please give me a protocol to prepare the bacterial membranes for the western blot. The membranes I prepared didn't dissolve properly in Tris buffer.
