Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone knows roughly the minimum number of DNA moles required for a DNA-protein pulldown, in order to get enough protein binding to see it by Western Blot? I guess it depends on the abundance of the protein which is being pulled down however, any idea would be greatly appreciated.
