I plan to do assess in vitro endothelial damage of pigs' corneas. Does anyone have any knowledge regarding staining corneal endothelial cells for mechanical damage with Methylen blue, staining technique, concentrations?

My optometrist uses fluorescein for looking for scratches etc on the cornea. I don't know if that is any help though.
