Hi there,

I'm about to start qPCR on HeLas and human corneal epithelial cells, looking for TLR expression.  Before ordering in the TaqMan primers, I need to know whether to use FAM or VIC labelling - has anyone any ideas or suggestions?

Both FAM and VIC will work just fine. I would recommend starting with FAM since you will always get the highest signal with FAM.
