Hello, I am wondering if anyone has faced problems with stripping PVDF membranes after using a UV transilluminator imaging system. I use a commercially available stripping solution for 20min but i couldn't remove the stain at all. Do you have any idea about what the problem is?

Hi, please give us some more details.
Exactly what chromogenic system are you using?
Has the membrane been dry at the meantime?
How long do you leave it under the illuminator?
