i am currently doing a series of experiment using CpG DNA however, before i can start i need to know how much of the CpG DNA i would have to order in order to complete my experiment and i hope tht the details that i have given below will help you to help me.

number of 6-well plates: 10-12 plates
concentration that are doing to be used for dose response: 0.3ug/ml, 1ug/ml, 3ug/ml, 10ug/ml, 30ug/ml, 100 ug/ml
Inhibition study concentration to be used: 10ug/ml and 100 ug/ml
volume of media that is going to be used: 1ml
working concentration of CpG DNA: 5uM/10ug/ml
amount of CpG DNA to buy: ????

there is a way i can calculate the amount of CpG DNA i need to buy from the above information?

if there is any other inforamtion you would like to know thn please let me know.... i really would like to know a method in calculating the amount to order and a step by step method would be very helpful for future ref.
