Hi everybody,
I'm gonna detect methylation pattern of a gene. I've chose the methylight assay. It is a real time PCR assay which is preceded by bisulfit modification of the DNA.
The trouble is that i don't know how i'm gonna interpret the results. should i use a housekeeping gene to calculate the ∆ct. how could i get the ratio ?
