Hi,

I have been trying to look at a phosphorylation shift using Drug treated Budding yeast cells,but with many attemps I have still not been able to sucessfully get my controls or samples to get working. I would appreciate any tips in general with looking at Phospho shifts. I;m using TCA preps & running it on 10% SDS gels after treating with Phsophotase etc.

Please any tips or advice is much appreciated.
