Hi ,
I have been trying to extract protein from Budding Yeast cells using TCA protein extraction, and concentrations of the protein is very low each time. I;m using around 25ml-50ml of culture to collect the cell samples. even more Volumes are not helping. Are there any suggestions or protocols that are available specifically for a better protein extraction.
