Hi all
If I prepared 0.1% DEPC treated water, then for how long i can keep it ,and when it'll be expired?
and can i keep it at room temp ,and exposure to light?

Once you have treated the water with DEPC it should be autoclaved and the DEPC should break down into CO2 and water. The treated water can be stored as you would for ordinary water.
