What are the conceptual differences in the paper published in Nature and Cell. I know the impact factor of Nature is high then the Cell, but what are the main stream of the differnece between these two journals, and papers published in them.

I presume you mean other than the difference that Nature takes papers from pretty much any field of the sciences whereas Cell is only biology?
Other than that there isn't a lot of difference, the papers tend to be of higher individual impact, though this ranking is based on the 10-25% of higher citation number papers found in the journals, rather than all papers.
