I would like to check correlation between fold change data from microarray and qPCR (and two different microarray experiments).

Does anyone have any idea what correlation statistics should be used?

Pearson correlation coefficient (R )
coefficient of determination (R²)
Spearman Correlation Coefficient (rho)
or anything else?
