Dear people,
does someone know where to get plasmids for the use in E. coli that do contain the pL promoter and that are inducible by thermal-shift? For me very tight control of the promoter is necessary since i'm planning to express a gene that lyses the cells. I am looking for a plasmid like the one described by Remaut et al.. Maybe some can help me?
