Hi,

I am having difficulty understanding this question. i was given a small vial 1ml,X=5E6.Assuming doubling time of 24hr. seeding density =3E5. cell mid log phase of 3E6 and cell density of maximum 1.3E7. My task is to expand cells all the way until i can run a process using 2000L BR. Can anyone guide me =(
