I have cells growing in spheres (3D cell clumps). Fr some experiments I have to make sure, that they are singularized properly, but I have problems: after singularizing, they are dead. I've tried cell dissociation buffer, trypsin and simple pipetting, but I did not find a way to singularize them properly and receive living single cells.
does somebody have any suggestions?
