I am trying to make a stable transfection. I have found two antibiotics Blasticidin and Zeocin fron Fisher. However I can not find the plasmid for these two antibiotics ever from different company. Does anyone have any clue to find out these plasmid? Or do you have any experience or idea I can use as a selection antibiotics except G418 and Hygromycin?

Hi,
you can find plasmids resistant to Zeo and blasticidin from Invitrogen Co. U can use puromycin as an other antibiotic selection.
