hi,
the columns can be reused by washing the used columns with 3M NaCl - 0.15%Triton-X-100 (renew buffer) thrice just before the reuse. one has to make sure that before washing the DNA from the previous loading is totally eluted. this can be done by eluting second time with 100 microlts of 10mM Tris-HCl (pH:8.0). the column can be equilibrated with QG buffer before loading the 2nd DNA sample for elution.
