I'm doing a subcellular fractionation using a percoll gradient. I don't know which protein assay to use. I have read that Bradford doesn't work when you have percoll in your samples. Anyone who knows??

try BCA assay from Pierce (www.piercenet.com), it is not time consuming and only a few chemicals does interfere at so high concentration.
