Culturing human chondrocytes; primary culture. First you need to get a good sample of chondrocytes, perhaps by arthroscopy. Do take care of aseptics. Then you have to lysate the sample in order to get the cells. Use medium with glucose,serum ( from the doner ), antibiotics. Non-essential amino acids are not recuired, if you don't culture cells for long.
Follow all other usual methods of cell culture. Good luck!
