Hi all,

I was planning to do a knock-down using siRNA in MCF-7 cells with Fugene 6.Is that possible?
From the data, I have looked upon the internet, I had mixed answers like:
"One blind spot of Fugene 6 is its failure to work with synthetic siRNAs", but while reading various blogs, I have found people working with Fugene 6 and siRNA.
I am pretty confused, could someone help and advise me.

It should work, but I have had better success with RNAiMax from Invitrogen.
