Hi everyone!

I am working with myeloma lines and I suspect we have some mycoplasma contamination. Does anyone know if mycoplasma could make the cells enlarge? I mean, could oversized cells be a result of mycoplasma contamination for these cells?
Thanks in advance.

Mycoplasma can cause the cells to do many strange things.  You should get your cells mycoplasma tested and throw out any contaminated lines.
