can some one suggest me a good culture condition for R1 ES cells.

currently i am using (for 50 ml of media)
KO DMEM (invitrogen)            - 41.0 ml
FBS (A&E scientific)             - 7.5 ml
pen/strep/glu (invitrogen)       - 0.5 ml
NEAA (lonza)                     - 0.5 ml
2-mercapto ethanol(sigma 0.1 mM) - 0.5 ml
LIF (ESRGO)  (1:20 dil)          - 25 micro liters  

the cells are growing normally but i donot have good success with electroporations. i am thinking of shifting to invitrogen's serum replacement.
