Hi dear,
I will start a project in mice model infected by mouse-adapted influenza virus. The first thing I should do is to propagate virus. You know if I breed virus in egg or MDCK cell, the mouse-adapted characteristic may be changed. So perhaps I should propagate virus in mice lung. But I have no experiences on this operation. Who can please offer me some protocol about virus propagation and harvest from mice lung? Thanks so much!
