Hi,

Have anyone ever used glutamine substitutes like L-alanyl-L-glutamine in CD4+ T cell primary cell culture?
I activate and culture naive CD4+ T cells from mouse spleen and have problem with cell death if culture more than 4 days.
I could change the media but timecourse qPCR results were affected after media change.
Some say glutamine substitutes enhances cell viability in cell line culture. Is it also true in primary cell culture?
