I need to assemble a series of constructs that will allow me to test the requirement of 5'/3'UTR regions of target mRNAs for translational control.
Does anyone have a good vector backbone suggestion i could use? preferably involving a T7 promoter, luciferase coding regions with multiple cloning sites to insert 5'/3'UTR regions and a poly A tail

Chek out at clontech site they have a range of vectors to suite your requirements
