Hai anyone working with IMR32 cell lines (human neuroblastoma cell lines). It is semi adherent cell line. I manage to grow them but had problem while removing medium.
The cells tend to loosen up when I change medium. I even used collagen coated 24 well plates (which I prepared my self). even then the cells detach very easily when changing medium, no matter how careful I am.This effects the cytotoxicity studies that I am conducting. Any suggestion on how to improve the adherence of the cells to the plates?
