Hi!!

Anyone know if it is important the orientation of this gene? I want to do a fusion protein with this tag, and the transcription of my gene is from right to left, and I want to put the bio-tag in the N-terminal, so...I must put the biotag gene in the same orientation or it is no neccesary?

thank you!!!!

yes, you must maintain the proper orientation and frame if you want to produce a fusion protein.
