hello every one..
i have searched for along time but i couldnt find what i need..
did any one work on coxsakie virus?

1- how to attenuate coxsakie virus type B4 to immunize rabbit subcutenously?
2- what is the immunization dose used with complete and incomplete freund adjuvant (viral particles number or concentration)??
