Hi everyone,

I'm a lab tech researching plant cell wall biology and I'm hoping transform mutant arabidopsis with the wild type version of that mutated gene to overexpress it. The problem is, the plants I am hoping to transform are a short time away from bolting meaning I'm on a time crunch to get this construct made. I need to make an expression vector with 35S-myinsert-nos in the MCS. Does anyone know of any expression vectors with 35S and a terminator already built in so all I have to do is slot in my gene? My boss thinks they exist but I'm having a hard time finding any. I thought a science forum would be the next step in tracking one of these things down. Thanks for any help you guys can give!

you can go about this in two ways,

1- contact a lab in house or in another university that has this plasmid and request from them.

2- buy said plasmid from a company or collection.
