Hi all,

I am looking for a software that is good enough to screen for mutations in sequence traces, something on the lines of mutation surveyor, but the prices these companies post are absurd. I dont have some wealthy philanthropist funding here and am just not paying those inflated prices for a software....

Can anyone suggest atleast half as good softwares and available for free...
