hello all,

So I am doing this independant research project and I have the following task:

I need to annotate the computer generated amino acid sequences.(i.e. match them to most similar characterized ortholog, predict structural domains, signal peptides, gene ontology etc.)   I basically have a fasta file with about 100 or more sequences, and they are all from one organism

The database I am using is one that is centered around lignocellulose degrading enzymes such as xylan hydrolase. this is the site: http://cubique.funga...cs.ca/mycoCLAP/

So , my question to the community is:

is there any way I can use biopearl to streamline this ridiculously time consuming process?

Thank you all for you consideration,

A,

from Montreal  (canada's siberia)
