Using atT20 cells to transfect GFP-plasmid, we can not get good results even we used different method for transfection (calcium precipitation, liposomes, detergent...). We will be grateful to have advices in this field.

Check previously effective protocols. If every option gives poor results check your passage number. Perhaps it's time to start a fresh culture. Also, test for mycoplasma contamination. Many test kits are commercially available.
