I have to make Tris buffer with EDTA of pH 8.0. I am little confused with either to add the EDTA before adjusting the pH or first adjust the pH and then put the but the EDTA.
I shall be very thankful to you for your kind reply.

Why does a science forum not have pictures of mice and rats?

You can adjust after adding the EDTA. If you are using Tris-base, the EDTA will lower the pH. You can make adjustments after adding the EDTA.
