Cloning

Hi,

I am trying to clone Flag tag in to an expression vector could you guys suggest the DNA sequence and some tips how to clone etc.

I suggest PCRing it onto the end of a sequence with RE sites at the ends of the tag, then cloning as you would normally for PCR products.
