Hi, now I am trying to rescue influenza virus with A/brisbane/10/2007 HA and NA and the other gene segement was from A/WSN/33 strain, but I have some trouble to get brisbane/10 HA and NA.
Anybody knows who have cDNA for brisbane/10 HA and NA? of course the cDNA inserted into pHH21 or pHW2000 will be better.
