Hi there,

I am doing a protease assay using azocasein as substrate, i am doing 100 uL crude extract with 500 uL AZOCasein (0.5% w/v in tris-buffer) and then add TCA to terminate the enzyme reaction. Can you please tell me how to decide how much TCA to add to stop the reaction.
