i tried w.B of monoclonal antibody of actin 2times on stripped filter, i dont see any signal!
i tried to change the primary, i dont see any signal! so, i guess it's the secondary antimouse that'is not working!
i will try to change it tomorrow and see!!
do u think that as well?
